This article is taken from a famous lecture - La Maxima Expresion de la carga inmediata - dated for the first time in the - I° Congreso Internacional SEI-ICOI, Barcelona, 23-25 May 2002 and published in the proceedings of the 4th AISI International Congress, Verona, 18-19 October 2002. The conference was a tremendous success and such to convince the author to resubmit it cyclically, continuously updating it and adding new clinical cases.
